IS THINKING SOMETHING NEW????

Is trying to decide weather I should keep growing my hair out super long and dye it a darker brown, and then give it a body perm. Or do I cut it short and add blonde highlights. These are the two photos I am deciding between, let me know which one you like better.

    The top photo gets my vote, I'm a sucker for long naturally colored hair. But having said that the second haircut is really cute too and it would be instant gratification since you wouldn't have to grow your hair.
