I truly am the luckiest mom out there with this little munchkin to hug, kiss, play with, laugh with, smile with, and love everyday.

FIRST PAY CHECK!!!!!!!

Today as I was working on some invitations for my Vemma 1hr Health and Wealth Challenge Seminar I am having at my house, I get this lovely little e-mail from Vemma stating "You Got Paid" I didn't believe it at first so I checked my bank account and low and behold my First Pay check from Vemma was sitting there in our Account. I did my little happy dance and then breathed a sigh of relief that hard work does pay off. I am so excited for next weeks pay as it will be even higher.

I still can't believe how amazing our Heavenly Father is and how when we feel so inadequate he still answers our prayers. Within the past 3 1/2 months he answered two prayers within weeks. Our first was when we started trying to get pregnant, although I was not quit ready yet to have another one, I still said a prayer to my Heavenly Father that this process would not take forever, that I needed to not be stressed and sad as I have a little girl to take care off, two weeks later I got a positive sign on a pregnancy stick. Next was when Macie got really sick and I missed a ton of work I was getting so stressed about finances. I again prayed to my Savior that something could fall into our hand to make extra money. One week later my Brother calls me and introduces me to Vemma. How much he loves us and cares for us when we endlessly fall, when we endlessly disappoint. His love is so amazing.

NEW CALLINGS, NEW EXCITMENT, NEW ADVENTURES!!!

These last two weeks has been a whirlwind.

1. Mark got a new calling, he is in the Branch Presidency again as the 1st counsilor to Brad Onofrychuk. So excited for him, and how much we will learn and grow as a family. I also got two new callings and will be playing the piano in Primary and as well the Activity Day Leader for the 8-11 year old girls. So excited to get to know these girls better and have lots of fun with them, learn from them and hopefully be a good example to them.

2. We had our 12 week Ultrasound on Thursday and all looked good with Baby Hunsperger. I am starting to feel so much better and back to working out, eating what I want and getting so excited to hold my little sweetheart in 6 months.

3. I have started a New Business Adventure and signed up with the Company "VEMMA", this amazing company that sells just an awesome line of Liquid Supplements, Healthy Energy Drinks, and a weight loss protein shake. This past week has been insane learning all about the company, getting other people as pumped about it as I am and seeing the awesome health and wealth potential this company will do for me.

As this weather stays gross, my daughter is still sick and this first trimester has put me in a permanently cranky mood I thought I needed to try and start thinking more positively, and the only thing that worked was looking towards the future. 4. Seeing my mom and dad next week
5. Having an Ultrasound in 10 days
6. Being able to work out hard again in 11 days
7. Starting a new adventure (more info to come soon on that)

TEARS

This smile brought tears to my eyes when Mark texted it to me at work today. Have not seen that smile in a while.

Macie's first IV

Our little Macie was hit with a nasty flu bug that has had her non stop throwing up and diarrhea. This afternoon things took a turn for the worse when she threw up, all of a sudden her legs and feet started turning purple. It freaked me out and I went straight to the ER. I found out at the ER that that is normal but I was so glad I felt inspired to go as her fever spiked to 103 and she was getting crazy dehydrated. The doc immediately ordered an IV and some blood work. That was definitely the worst thing I have had to see so far as a mother, as the nurses had to hold her body and pin it down a whopping 5 times before they got an IV to take. I have never seen my little girl cry so hard. After the IV was in she had to give blood, which was just as unpleasant as the IV. Thankfully all the blood work came back good, we are just waiting on a stool sample and for the doc to release her once he thinks she has enough fluid in her. It is a good bet to say now that Macie hates needles and nurses, which is to bad because they have all been fantastic and are just doing there job, sadly she does not understand that. I have never seen my crazy active fun little girl so lethargic before in her life. She has had flus and fevers before but this one definitely sucked the life out of her.

HAPPY EASTER!!!

What a great Easter Weekend, not only was the weather beautiful but we had a great time with great friends. Friday was a great family day spent decorating Easter eggs, going for a long walk to the park, and just chilling as a family. Saturday We drove to see our friends the Butlers in North Battleford. It was such a great day we rolled our painted Easter Eggs down the hill, did some free bowling courtesy of coupons and just had a great time visiting with great friends. Sunday morning after a late drive home the night before we got up super early like 5:00 early and went and watched the run rise. It was really foggy and we didn't get to see a great sun rise but it was still a sweet, spiritual moment to spend together as a family and think about our savior and his resurrection. We got in a quick nap before we headed to church (thank goodness). When we got home Macie had a good nap and then went on a quick Easter egg hunt, she did such a good job and loved finding the eggs and putting them in her basket. We then had our great friends the Isackson's come over for dinner, visiting and watching the kids play together. Being so far away from family at holidays can be hard but having such great friends so close by makes it so much nicer and easier.

Second Winter

The official day of spring came and gave us a little glimpse of the warm weather, with some melting that happened. Our hopes were crushed with a brutal snow storm that blasted the mid west.
For two days wind and snow pummelled Lloydminster and area. The highways were impassable. Lease roads were drifted in so bad that graders were getting stuck. It got so bad that semi's and graders that were stuck were left on the spot. As the storm ended these vehicles were buried. All that you could see was the exhaust stacks and cab of the grader. A train even got stuck south of Lloydminster.

Cats were called in to clean up lease roads and back roads as tractors could not push the snow. The drifts were hard packed.

5 Years and Counting

Last month I received my 5 year award for working at Devon. There have been many ups and downs but working at Devon has provided a very good life for our little family. Here's to the next 5 years, may they be successful and fulfilling. Thank- you Devon for taking a chance on an unknown kid.

WORST FEELING EVER!!!!

Combine a pregnant lady, that has to pee and a sticky wet tighter then usual bathing suit, what does that equal the closest call I have had yet. On a positive note since being put on light duty from my doc Wednesday nights are the only thing I look forward to right now as I go swim laps at the pool. My only form of exercise besides the odd casual walk in the past 4 weeks, and tonight I got in 50 laps. The most I have ever done.  It felt amazing and I could feel some of those endorphins I get from running. It made me want to come home and hop on that treadmill. Soon Kalinda Soon. 3 weeks tomorrow and I have my 13 week ultrasound. It can't come soon enough.
